How to find Holly Oak Cottages at Old Hag Farm
- If you are using sat. nav., our map reference is SJ975632. The post code is ST13 8XW. This will get you to the first part of our farm track.
- Alternatively
- Proceed to Meerbrook, 4 miles North of Leek.
- In the centre of the village, next to “The Lazy Trout” take the turning signposted to Roche Grange.
- Continue along this road for about 0.5 mile until the road takes a sharp turn to the right. There are white railings on the right hand side.
- Take the farm road, immediately ahead on this corner, signposted “Private road – to farms only” and “Holly Oak Cottages”.
- Follow this track for one mile (don’t take any left turnings), crossing 4 cattle grids and through open fields.
- After the 4th grid, bear left, following the signs.
Bear right at the top of the hill, go across the cross road and take the track between the farmhouse and the stone building on the left. - Holly Oak Cottages are at the next farm (Old Hag Farm).
Please be aware that the farm track is one and a half miles long and is a private road. Much of the track has been ashphalted but some sections are still in limestone.
