THE BARN
Most visitors want to know about the pool table but if you are the organiser you may need to know that the Barn has a fully equipped kitchen, with a range cooker, dish washer, fridge 
freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and micro wave.
There is seating for 12 at two pine tables. Two high chairs are also available.
There is a spacious lounge, with original beams. The soft leather settees seat more than 12 people. There are storage heaters for your convenience but the large wood burning stove makes it much, 
more cosy, with an ample supply of logs (the first amount being free of charge).
Most groups enjoy full use of the pool table as well as the 36” flat, wide screen TV and Sony compact music centre. There is also an extensive DVD, video and CD collection.
There is a large garden adjacent to the Barn with garden furniture and an area for barbeques. A full size fun tennis court is available for many activities.
Well behaved dogs are welcome and they can be exercised on the farm.
We have five bed rooms in the Barn.
· Bedroom 1 - twin beds
· Bedroom 2 - twin beds
· Bedroom 3 - family room with one double, one single and a trundle bed beneath
· Bedroom 4 - one double
· Bedroom 5 - twin beds in a galleried low ceilinged area.
Bedding and towels are supplied free of charge. Two travel cots are also available, with bedding on request.
There is a bathroom with WC and power shower, a shower room and a separate WC.
Background heating is included in the hire rates but electricity is charged for by meter reading.
